One strategist. An entire district’s digital presence

Brought in to stabilize and grow the digital infrastructure of a large public school system, this role operates at the intersection of web design, communications strategy, content governance, and compliance leadership. The scope spans 45 school websites, the primary District portal, and all department-level pages — maintained, evolved, and strategically directed as an embedded team member within the Marketing & Communications department.

Inherited a large-scale migration launched at only 10% effectiveness. Conducted a full infrastructure and design audit, corrected critical flaws, and stabilized the district’s entire digital presence.

Content Architecture & SEO

Reduced a bloated library of 38,000+ improperly formatted pages to under 5,000 — a streamlined, SEO-optimized architecture that drove a 120,000% YoY increase in enrollment page traffic.

Governance & Webmaster Training

Developed the district’s first standardized web guidelines, creating a consistent framework for 45 campus webmasters maintaining real-time information across all school sites.
