Overview
Gabby’s Girls & More required more than a logo — it needed a fully realized visual world that could live across books, screens, merchandise, and physical products. Every element, from custom typefaces to animated logos to interactive games, was designed to feel cohesive, age-appropriate, and deeply connected to the child who inspired the series.
Areas of Work
01
Developed the full brand identity including logo design, animated logo, vibrant color palette, and two custom whimsical typefaces — all centered around a heart motif meaningful to the series’ origin story.
02
Created original character designs and full scene illustrations for multiple books in the series — developing a consistent illustration style that brings the stories to life for readers ages 2 to 10.
03
Designed and formatted the interior layouts for multiple titles in the series, integrating illustration and typography into a polished, print-ready format suitable for both physical and digital distribution.
04
Built multiple interactive children’s games for the brand’s website — extending the series’ characters and themes into an engaging digital experience designed to captivate the same young audience.
05
Designed a full suite of branded merchandise and custom stationery, carefully selecting concepts that translate seamlessly between digital displays and physical apparel for a cohesive brand presence.
06
Produced a dynamic logo animation using playful shapes and movement — designed to immediately capture the attention of young viewers and reinforce the brand’s energetic, child-centered identity.
Mobile Design Process
Automatic responsive scaling wasn’t sufficient for a brand this visually specific. Using Elementor, the desktop and mobile experiences were each designed independently — same vibrant identity, same playful energy, but each layout purpose-built for its platform. Mobile wasn’t adapted from desktop; it was rebuilt from scratch in Elementor’s mobile settings to ensure the Gabby’s Girls world translates just as beautifully on a phone as on a screen.
